Day 2: Discover Ba Na Hill – Da Nang Before Transfer To Hue

Morning Activities:

Begin your day with a pleasant breakfast at the hotel. Today, we will escort you to Ba Na Hills, which is situated 25 km southwest of Da Nang City. You’ll reach the summit by taking a cable car ride that provides breathtaking views of the surrounding forest and waterfalls.

Once you arrive, you’ll have the chance to explore the Old French villas located at an elevation of 1138 meters, giving you an opportunity to admire their unique architecture. A mountain climbing train will then transport you to the Flower Garden, where you can marvel at a variety of beautiful flowers. You’ll also encounter ancient trees, peaceful streams, the impressive Great Buddha Statue, the serene Linh Ung Pagoda, and the Wine Tunnel, which houses a selection of wines. Indulge in a satisfying lunch at the restaurant.

Afternoon Activities:

Take your time to further explore the hill and feel free to relax and participate in the games at the Fantasy Theme Amusement Park. While most games and the 4D Movie are included in your tour package, please note that there may be some games that require additional fees. Afterward, you’ll return to the base of the mountain via cable car, where our driver will be waiting to transfer you to the captivating city of Hue through the Hai Van Tunnel.

Upon arrival in Hue, check-in at your hotel and enjoy a leisurely dinner. In the evening, take advantage of your free time to immerse yourself in the local atmosphere by strolling along Truong Tien Bridge, which is adorned with colorful lights, or explore the souvenir shops for a more immersive experience of local life. Once you reach Da Nang city, you will explore Son Tra Peninsula, a peaceful forest retreat nestled in the heart of the city. You can purchase paper flowers with lit candles from local girls dressed in traditional Vietnamese attire called “Ao Dai.” These girls wear conical hats and carry baskets filled with lanterns.

Place the lanterns on the Hoai River and make a wish, as it is believed to bring good luck and happiness. Here, you’ll have a unique opportunity to ride in a basket boat, immersing yourself in the serene atmosphere and exploring the historical revolutionary base of Hoi An.

Try your hand at fishing using traditional tools and attempt to catch field crabs. Afterward, we’ll transfer you for a boat trip to visit the renowned Kim Bong Carpentry Village, famous for its exceptional woodwork, including intricate statues, decorative items, daily tools, and specially crafted fishing boats. Conclude the excursion with a boat ride along the Thu Bon River, returning to Hoi An.

Next, continue with a walking tour of the old streets to discover the enchanting charms of Hoi An Ancient Town. Explore iconic landmarks such as the Japanese Covered Bridge, the elegant Chinese Assembly Halls, the Sa Huynh Museum, and the bustling local market.
